Cancellation and Postponement Policy

In the event that a confirmed customer must cancel/postpone attendance of a scheduled testing date, the confirmed customer must refer to the following policies regarding re-scheduling and penalties:

Cancellation
1) Cancellation of a confirmed testing MORE than three (3) days prior to scheduled testing commencement shall be subject to a schedule adjustment charge that is equal to 30% of the total cost fee.
2) Cancellation of a confirmed testing LESS than three (3) days prior to scheduled testing commencement shall be subject to a schedule adjustment charge that is equal to 50% of the total cost fee.

Postponement
Penalties can be avoided if a 're-scheduling contract' is agreed and signed, which requires the customer to re-schedule testing with SGS Taiwan within Two (2) months of initial changes. If such agreement cannot be made, cancellation policies will be applied accordingly. The 'Re-scheduling Contract' can only be used ONCE.

Failure to attend a scheduled test
Any confirmed customer who fails to attend a scheduled testing and who has not previously notified SGS Taiwan will be liable for the entire testing fee. You may substitute attendees at any time.
