The Act includes important provisions from the Senate-passed Mobile Now Act, including identification of additional spectrum for unlicensed use, and recognizes the importance of Wi-Fi® in delivering 5G connectivity to all Americans. These provisions will help ensure U.S. leadership in wireless innovation as we advance into an era of next generation connectivity. Wi-Fi Alliance applauds the bipartisan effort on this legislation and looks forward to its enactment into law.
